Developers who want to explore the features supported by the Yuneec SDK. Developers who want to use the Yuneec SDK should have previous experiences creating mobile applications on Android and iOS. 

 

How can I become a Yuneec Developer?

Becoming a Yuneec Developer is easy. Simply Register an account. You’ll have full access to our developer portal and can start creating applications right away!

Yes, simply Register an account and you’ll have full access to the developer portal.

 

What platforms are supported?

Currently, we support Android and iOS platforms.

 

How do I link the Remote Controller to an aircraft?

Follow the below steps to connect the controller to your drone:

  • Turn on the ST16S followed by the H520 aircraft.
  • Tap the Wifi icon on the top right corner of the main interface of ST16S and click on Link Management.
  • Tap the serial number of the camera you want to connect to. If multiple Yuneec UAS are displayed in the dialogue, check the ID number on the side of each camera to assure correct camera selection/binding.
  • Using the password “1234567890”, authorize the camera and tap "OK" to confirm.

Note: If the connection process fails, tap on the refresh button at the top right of the Link Management dialogue.

What type of support does the developer program provide?

You can submit support request if you have any questions/issues integrating with our SDK or using our sample apps. To submit support request, click on the Contact tab. You can also submit support ticket by clicking on the Account tab and opening a support ticket.
